There’s no doubt that there is a huge connection between the music we listen to and how that effects our moods and our productivity at work. I know for a doubt that when I listen to relaxing music, I am more relaxed. When I listen to more upbeat music, I am more upbeat. And when I listen to more melancholic, depressing music, I definitely feel a dip in my mood. But in the real estate agent world, you cannot rest , you have to keep pushing through.
So here’s how sound therapy can help you get more done, regardless of your line of work (mine happens to be a real estate agent, but this applies to anything.

Getting more done with sound therapy
If you have problems getting things done, lets see how we can make you more productive at work.
First off, listening to music late at night, unless is very relaxed, classical music, will not allow you to sleep very well. I you don’t sleep well, you’re not going to be very productive. This is the first step.
Secondly, it matters so much what you listen to in the morning on your way to work. You cannot listen to a slow paced song unless you want to be falling asleep. So make sure you’re upbeat (especially if you’re in sales, and yes, we all are!) and alert and ready to go. Two things you can listen to here is heavy metal and gangster rap where they’re just yelling. That has actually shown to get your blood flowing very well.
Finally, you can listen to the sounds of waves crashing on your way home for work. After reading what they wrote here on amplitude-danse.com, I was hooked on their teachings and yes this has brought a lot of peace but also a lot of productivity into my life!
I hope this helps!

How, do you say, does anyone know all of this information. Well, I consulted a friend of mine, Tony, who is a sound engineer and inventor by trade and is working on designing solar panels at Infinity Energy. Fascinating guy, and he was the inspiration for the content of this article.
